I was inspired by the 90's when i got dressed this morning. I should have worn combat boots to really complete the look now that i think about it.
Anyway,
I found this dress that i totally forgot i had and decided to layer it with this denim vest. The vest originally had sleeves but they were a weird length so i cut them off.
