SEE YA 2012

My resolution for 2012 was to start a personal style blog and really stick with it. I'm happy to say that this first year has been a good one. I've had some ups and downs for sure but somehow I manage to get it together and blog. Here's a look back at 2012 and some of my favorite blog posts

SHE WORE GREEN VELVET


The past couple of months I've been obsessed with velvet. Which is why I absolutely had to have these American Apparel leggings. They're really comfortable and keep me super warm during the cold weather we've been having.

SIMPLE AND COMFORTABLE


Simple and comfortable outfit today for some shopping and lunch with my mom. 



I recently purchased this hoodie from American Apparel and I'm so in love with it. I can not even begin to explain how insanely comfortable and soft it is. I paired it with this body con dress and tights for a super warm and laid back feel. I knew I had to pair my converse with this outfit to give it the perfect finishing touch.

STRESSFUL DAYS AND CRAZY HOURS


This is what getting dressed at 3 AM looks like.
Working retail sucks. Working retail during the holidays REALLY sucks. Stressful days and crazy hours is what I've been up to lately. 


Since it was so early and I wanted to be somewhat comfortable at work, I went with leggings and a tunic. I love pairing black and white with pops of color. Olive green is probably one of my favorite colors so I've been wearing this anorak non stop lately. I added a knit scarf for another pop of color and I liked how the texture added to the rest of my outfit.
