Channeling my inner Cher Horowitz today.
I was beyond excited to find this skirt while I was thrifting a couple of weeks ago. It's finally starting to get colder here in California so I paired it with a sweater and tights. Wanting more of a 90s feel, I threw on chunky sandals to finish off the look.
